These terms apply to your use of https://houstonairpure.com, operated by Houston Air Pure LLC. Using the site means you accept them. Work we perform at your property is governed by the written quote and invoice for that job; where the two differ, the quote and invoice control.

What We Do

We provide residential and commercial air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and repair, chimney sweeping and repair, and related indoor air quality work throughout Greater Houston and the surrounding suburbs listed on our service areas pages.

Quotes and Pricing

Prices shown anywhere on this site are typical ranges for Houston properties, published so you can budget — they are not offers and not binding. Your actual price is the figure we give you in writing after inspecting the system, and it accounts for vent count, number of HVAC units, duct accessibility, and the condition we find. If the inspection turns up something that changes the scope, we stop and get your approval before continuing. You are never charged more than the amount you approved.

Scheduling and Access

Same-day and next-day availability is offered in good faith and can be affected by weather, traffic, and jobs that run long; we will call you if a window moves. Someone 18 or older must provide access to the property, the HVAC equipment, the attic, and the exterior vent or chimney termination. If we cannot reach the equipment, or the appointment is cancelled after the crew arrives, a trip charge may apply.

Condition of Existing Equipment

Duct systems, vent runs, and chimneys sometimes have pre-existing damage that only becomes visible once cleaning starts — brittle flex duct, crushed vent pipe, deteriorated mortar, or previous non-code installations. We document what we find and tell you before doing anything about it. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects or for failures caused by prior work we did not perform.

Results and Recommendations

Cleaning removes accumulated debris and contaminants from the system we service. It is not a medical treatment, a mold remediation certification, or a guarantee of any specific health, allergy, or energy-bill outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice. Recommendations we make about frequency reflect industry guidance and Houston conditions, not a legal requirement.
